We know life is busy sometimes things get in the way, we are happy for you to modify your booking – we just ask that you please give us 24 hours' notice, so that your appointment time can be re-booked with another client.     

More than 24 hrs notice no fee   

Less than 24 hrs notice 50% of service fee   

Less than 4 hrs notice & No shows 100% of service fee 

With respect to our wait-listed clients and our time, if you cancel at very short notice, we may also require pre-payment of future appointments to confirm them.   

Once you’ve received the booking confirmation via email, you have accepted these conditions.  

Late arrivals 

It's important that you arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your treatment and to get the most out of your experience.  

If you arrive late we cannot extend your treatment session over the intended time as we often have back-to-back bookings.
